MY STORY

Project Upgrade Her was born out of my own battles of dealing with low self confidence and self-worth in my initial corporate journey. I dealt with impostor syndrome for a major part of my career, it was only through a journey of immersing myself in career coaching and personal development programmes, I realised that the power to numb that inner critic is in my own hands. Once I learnt the tools and strategies to navigate self doubt and worked on my mindset, there was no turning back!Fast forward to 2023, my corporate journey involves working with leading brands in India and New Zealand like Ernst Young, Electric Kiwi, Foodstuffs North island, Auckland Airport, holding leadership positions, getting featured for my contributions to community and being invited to speak at events.

• Inspirational Speaker for New Member ceremony held in Auckland, 2022 - CA ANZ 

• Panel speaker at 'Find your Fit' event by CAANZ and Women's Mentoring Programme, 2022.

• Leadership positions:

• I was the youngest Board member at ECPAT, an NGO in New Zealand without any prior Board experience.

• I am on the committee for 'Auckland Emerging Leaders Group' for Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand 

• I am also on the committee of UN Women Aotearoa, where I actively advocate for empowerment of women.

• I coach and mentor women through various mentoring programmes like 'Women’s Mentoring Programme' by Auckland School of Business
